Thierry Mugler Angel Perfume Presentation Box
Since I have never seen this bottle up for auction, I am not sure if it came in a special presentation box. I have found this photo showcasing the bottle inside of an acrylic display case. In April 2017 I found this photo that shows the display training case it came boxed in! Its looks awsome! You can also see that there is a special stopper to the bottle and the decorative metal spiked stopper covers that second stopper. I wish I could find a bottle of my own!
I know a guy who have this set (bottle + case + 2 caps) and he’s asking 800 euros for it (In Belgium).
I am one of the VERY privileged few in the UK to own an Angel ‘Big Bang’! It is beyond stunning in EVERY sense . . . or is that scents? The black case and the black foam padding in its interior hold this very heavy presentation wonderfully. The ‘exploding’ metal stopper is an incredibly beautiful work of art . . . I admit that I have never tried to remove the second metal cap/stopper on the perfume to attach the ‘bang’ as I’m too scared to damage anything! As for the Angel Eau de Parfum inside its classic Brosse presentation? I’ve kept the whole rare set inside its case ALL the years since I purchased it in 1999 . . . and I’m SURE that my Angel perfume will still be as heavenly DIVINE as ever!
THANK YOU! x
Dear Chris,
Thanks for being the first person to post on my blog! I really appreciate it. I have never seen this bottle featured in any catalogs here in the US. Might you be able to enlighten us with how much it retailed for? Where was it purchased? If you can photograph for me the certificate of authenticity that would be great so I can include its details on this page. Again, thanks a lot.
Hi,
After a VERY LONG time . . . if it’s possible for you to email me at the address I supply in this post . . . I can then send you a photograph of my certificate of authenticity . . . and you are more than welcome to include its details on this page. The ‘Big Bang’ cost – just into – a four figure sum in 1999 . . . to know that in 2019 it will be 20 years old? WOW! Time FLIES! I’d SO love to open the bottle . . .
Thanks for your info, please email me the jpgs at [email protected]. Where did you purchased this item? As I never saw it advertised in the US at all?
