The third Limited edition bottle for the discriminating few collectors. For the 1996/1997 Winter season, Thierry Mugler rises to the occasion with this Glamorous Star (E’toile Glamour). Extrait de Parfum (a special potent concentration of Angel only available in the Etoile Glamour Collection, 0.68 Fl. Oz. Box states that this is still part of the Collection Couture of the previous two bottles.
“Produced in a series of 3,000 worldwide”: Thierry Mugler Encounters Brotchure 1996-1997.
6,500 numbered editions according to an auction catalog and 7,600 according to fellow blogger parfumangel.jimdo.com. I am surprised they made these many of this bottle and I have rarely seen it on ebay for resale. I have seen the number 5,555 on a photo so maybe the number isn’t so far fetched. But this contradicts the printed Mugler Brotchure.
Thierry Mugler Angel Perfume Presentation Box
The presentation box or Coffret on this bottle is my favorite because the velvet looks so soft and nice in the pale blue color, as compared to black in the previous year. Like the previous bottle, this felt case comes packaged inside a plain white box labeled with one ink Thierry Mugler Angel and its content. Extrait de Parfum, 0.68 Fl. Oz. Made in France.
