To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the perfume Angel, Thierry Mugler released not one, but three limited edition crystal bottles, two of them are purse sprays and one is a traditional bottle. I am not sure if they were all released at the same time or one by one, I also do not know if the special collection of all three bottles was released together or the next year. I do know that each of the three stars were released individually, but also together in a set of all three with a velvet presentation box to display all three bottles.
The Certificate of Authenticity that comes with the Cosmic Apperances, is only for A Star is Born (Une etoile est nee) which is made by master glass craftsmen trained in the Verreries Brosse tradition. The 13,000 bottles were engraved manually on the bottom of the bottle, ensuring its authenticity and uniqueness.

Angel, A Star is Born (Une Etoile Est Nee), is a stunning, numbered limited edition perfume bottle that simulates a Star being cut out of a solid crystal rock. It was later sold as a reissue for $270. It contained 0.8 OZ. of Extrait de Parfum. Series of 13,000 bottles.
This bottle was packaged in a luxurious black jewelry box and when included in the set of three bottles, also came in a larger display case that holds all three bottles for display.

Fatal Star , 2002. (Etoile Fatale)

Fatal Star seems to be a purse spray bottle with a unique star shape. Its miniature version, shown at the bottom, comes with a hole at the top so that you can wear it as a necklace. I assume that this fragrance was under $100 and probably not numbered. It contained 0.34 OZ. of Eau de Parfum.
The box above seems like a normal non deluxe box, like the A Star is Born Box.

The third in a series of Cosmic Stars celebrating 10 years of Angel, Once Upon a Star, is your traditional Purse spray bottle. It differs in that it has a removable top that reveals the spray mechanism. This bottle did come in a more premium presentation box with ribbon in comparison with the Fatal Star. I also assume since this was an Eau de Parfum and shaped like your traditional pour le sac Purse Spray, that its price would have been around $80.
The box above has the traditional lidded presentation box of the premium bottles and tied with a velvet ribbon.
